Records Retrieval

There are millions of records in the States of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania and almost none of them are available online!

There are many over looked very important repositories of information and none of them may ever be available online due to budget constraints. Let our knowledge of archives, personal collections, libraries, law, and local history serve your needs.

Whether you’re brand new to the field of genealogy or a seasoned researcher, documentation is everything! Getting those records are important because they build a paper trail and can establish a time line.

Records are anything on paper, established primarily by a third party for verification of an event. Deeds, obituaries, memberships, birth records, and death records are just a sample of the kind of records that can be retrieved.

This service is primarily for the people who do not need any genealogical research done, but they do need the documentation they are looking for to prove or disprove relationships, establish timelines, or to join a pioneer/early settler club.

The types of records that can be retrieved are obituaries (subject to availability), deeds and related land titles, vital statistics (subject to availability, not available in all States), and other records that are more geographic related.

Have trouble reading that old hand writing?

A transcription can be done of your old, hand written documents and returned to you as a portable document file (PDF) and Microsoft Word 2007 doc (DOCx) which is compatible with all later versions of MS Office.

Your pages can be transcribed at the very affordable rate of 50¢ per page.

Also included with this is same day service! That means that not-withstanding extreme or extraordinary circumstances, your transcriptions will be returned to you within 24 hours of submitting them.

Format match is available (see picture above), meaning that each word and line can be matched to the same spacing as the original document. This is available as a premium per page.

A normal transcription is done with respect to paragraphs.
